@HillTribe18 Very true. But the USP of the old Santro was its very unique shape / design which caught the attention of buyers. Its popularity was primarily due to this styling I feel. The new Baleno is more modern and stylish whereas old Baleno was a more conventional sedan.

@MotorOctane No point just borrowing the same old successful name if the entire design was to be changed. If Hyundai had retained the same old design with perhaps minor changes, and equipped it with new age features, the new Santro would have done much better.
