@LunoHelp@lunomoney Why do you think I'm using this platform? I'm doing it because your support team refuses to assist me despite the fact that I did everything they asked me to do. Your policy states clearly that no account should remain locked 4 more than 7 days.
I have deposited money into my Luno account and they've decided to lock the account refusing to refund me. Can anyone help me recover my money since Luno refuses to unlock my account?
