In the ongoing Whoop vs Fitbit Air saga, let me introduce you to a rather underrated tracker.
This one costs $69.99, has way more health tracking features, even has haptic notification alerts (for notifs and calls), NFC support, and 15 day battery life.
Plus, you get a total of 5 bands. Plus, there's no subscription to pay. Plus, it's fairly accurate. Plus, the strap is way softer and comfortable than the Whoop strap.

Fitbit Air: my experience so far.
The first thing I liked a lot would be the battery. I have not charged it ever since I got it, and it's at 45% as I type. This is something any fitness tracker should have.
Second - the sleep tracking has been very consistent. And, the AI coach is pretty useful. Both these combined give me the data that I can easily read and comprehend as a casual user.
I've had 2 Whoop subscription cycles so far, and I can confidently say that, instead of the information overload that it provided me with, I would much rather want to know the stats the Fitbit Air is providing me with.
For those who simply want to track their entire day, log calories, monitor their sleep and other vitals, and have a more casual physical workout regime, or a more passive lifestyle in general, the Air is more than enough.
