This is the beginning of a new era. We aren't there yet, but this is a big step in the correct direction of travel.

Imagine a digital pet that has a life of it's own. That comes to you when it's hungry because you forgot to put the food down. That is off playing in another room of your house because it's playful. That your child has snuck treats to and now it doesn't want to eat the food you normally leave it. With a unique personality that you can communicate with, have a conversation with.

A pet accessible to the elderly, to those with allergies, to those confined to small spaces.

Immortal. Forever loved. Never passing on. But able to be passed on to your loved ones. An heirloom.
