Text messages notifications for missed called & notifications about a voice message taking 24 hours 2 arrive.
Tried using chat function and basically told by a chatbot that o2 is 2 busy 2 talk. Tried calling, 45 minute wait.
When i did get 2 through, they cut me off.

Just been turned away from @PizzaExpress. Apparently they can’t take one chair and add to a table of four to be able to accommodate two adults and three children. You can only eat there if you are a group with even numbers.

One visit to a O2 store, two phone calls to your “customer help line”…yet you still can’t be bothered to call me back to resolve my issue.
I wanted to take out two new contracts, adding to two existing contracts.
Promised twice that I would get a call back..still nothing.
