NEW! Yoga for Y7 and Y8 starting on Wednesday lunchtime run by our wonderful VIVA instructor, Carmel. An intro to yoga with safe stretches and relaxation techniques, in our beautiful Mind & Body Zone. All minutes count towards the 600 Minute Challenge.

Physical Health 🤝 Mental Health

The students at @TheRoyalLatin have raised almost £3 million in 5 years to build a new gym, wellness room & sports laboratory!

Even the youngest pupils told me they're very aware of the benefits of exercise to their mental wellbeing.
