So ultimately it comes down to
Teddy v raiders at gio
Teddy v broncos at Suncorp
VS
Ponga v Storm in some wet
Ponga v Tigers day game
Quite even. Coin flip BUT maybe the Teddy be is enough to send him packing. Raiders and broncos could be a good matchup I actually think Storm and tigers would be the tougher ones for ponga
Are people really thinking through selling Teddy over Ponga?
Teddy - Plays Raiders, Origin, Sunday night game v Sharks at home, BYE, then Broncos
Ponga - Plays in form Storm in the wet, Origin, Dragons on Friday (origin 2 nights prior), Tiger day game
Teddy should play 3 of next 4, Ponga 2/4.
Both high BE’s but both arguably endgame, so if you intend on both coming back, wouldn’t people prefer a likely game in hand over the next month?
@alicciardello87@ShmakosSC Yeah but is he not arguably a run home fullback? You don’t lose value if you never sell. Scored just shy of 50 in a side who scored one try. I think he bounces back this week, covers 3 of next 4, as opposed to ponga.
If you need funds this week, considering BE’s, injuries, origin cover, pricing, and scoring potential in the next 4 weeks, who’s the most logical SELL:
#NRLSuperCoach
@ShmakosSC I get that, but I can’t shake why you wouldn’t prefer to hold the guy who plays more games in the short term, both are probably going to leak
Yes fair, but in a season where everyone in fact had an over abundance of cash, which they’ve made, is it a big deal if you he’s gonna be in your side in R27? Surely people aren’t prioritising money over ceiling point potential at this point of the game
3 games of Teddy v 2 games of ponga is a no brainer to me
@PS3223567097342 Bought him in this week. Also the Trindall kick to the right wing to burns 😆. 2 right wing tries for sharks and 0 for Mulitalo, what do ya do haha
