@DallasHarmon@WSMV Also, that ratio may be correct, but it is misleading. There are many gun owners that own a crap ton of guns and most don’t carry.
The NYPD Union Pres said himself that 97% of encounters are peaceful (in defense of police brutality). It goes the other way too.
@DallasHarmon@WSMV Like to see stats on odds of perp having a gun. Pulling hand up shouldn’t =death when cops w/vests are surrounding you. To expect untrained citizens to “behave” in intense situations is ridiculous. Where is the danger if they can shoot the min someone moves their hand quickly?
@RealPhillyP She’s pretty famous amoung the anti-vaccine crowd (pre-Corona). I have extended family that doesn’t vaccinate and is into essential oils and all that and constantly shares Tenpenny.
@RealPhillyP So are federal/military contractors and other employees. Do we want competent people or not?
You could argue she should get less, but the principle of being paid an earned benefit is not something I will lose sleep over.
High tide raises all ships. Why race to the bottom.
@RealPhillyP The only reason to allow an earned benefit to expire is to cheat you.
Americans are not known for our work/life balance & companies know it. Letting it expire is a way to get out of paying for it.
I’m more upset everyone doesn’t have it rollover than 1 person gettin a payout.
@krystalball He needs some bootstraps…..
As though his salary is the only perk and not his Cadillac benefits - which average Americans do not get….because, in part, him.
