When you order a large wet (no foam) blonde latte from @StarbucksUK why do you get a drink that is half empty and filled with foam? Sat in the car unable to take a photo as evidence but oddly feeling cross - its not rocket science surely?

@MacdonaldHotels a very disappointing start to our visit to the Highland Hotel Aviemore, very noisy room which thankfully reception changed for us. Confusing signage, requested non-slip bath mat but they've run out and no biscuits or even decent coffee! 4*hotel? I don't think so!
