Be wary of #OSL selling cellphones in Walmart. Elderly in-laws wanted to buy TracFone minutes; got talked into switching carriers/buying new phones. Spent today helping them get back to what they had. OSL guy refused to help, saying they were stuck. Terrible customer service.

@WOWCare I appreciate efforts to restore service. We need this fixed. The loss of Internet has impacted our work and cost us $$s as we’ve had to pay for workarounds. Our generator protects against Consumers’ poor service. With WOW, though, we have no such protection. We depend upon you.
