Did my first slide transfer as a paraplegic today. My upper body is getting stronger everyday. I’ve only been posting videos of the small movement in my legs, but the reality is I am far away from walking on my own. I’ve never worked harder for anything in my life. More to come!!

@NikaStewart probably be easier if you boil them. 😁 I read adding vinegar to the water makes the shells thinner and easier to remove. you then can gentle roll them on a counter top.

@SixFlags I got in for a moment and the App price and website price dont match. $1 difference so I didn't care and moved forward but it didn't process. I dont see renew either just buy new.
