Resident Mentor

I would love to go do that fun thing with you guys...but I'm on duty

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Your residents start popping up in your dreams. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Someone changed the duty ringtone so instead of jumping into action when it rings, you're just confused. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Your bulletin board was vandalized. How would you like it if I spit my gum into your research paper? #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

When it comes down to it, I'm not getting out of bed to enforce quiet hours. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

When residents need you, they'll find you...even at 3am. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Would you rather be on duty on your birthday or sit at desk for 24 hours straight?

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Res: "Can we have a floor pet other than a fish?"
RM: "No."
Res: "What if it sleeps under my bed?"
#rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

'Open Door Policy' does not mean 'go-through-my-things policy' or 'lay-in-my-bed policy' #rmconfessions #boundaries

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Slip 'n Slides are for outdoor use only, nice try. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Remember your first floor meeting? And how awkward you were? Yeah... #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Brain storming floor themes...constantly. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

When life hands you lemons, have a program on the many uses of lemons. #rmconfessions #creative

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Fostering community.
Foster...'s Home for Imaginary Friends.
Friends...who has those anyway?
Sometimes I think my friends ARE imaginary...

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Oh ya, casually typing A chats as quickly as possible... #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

@donnieiorio Don't give up!!

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Meeting at Strom for training? My best guess, we're learning how to bench press freshman.

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

Back on campus! Time to schedule our lives away with desk and duty... #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

I have been forwarding my IRs to Santa. #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

December program...hmmm...exam study breaker! "Anyone wanna run to cookout with me?" #rmconfessions

[Resident Mentor @RMConfessions]

First time all year the study room is being used for studying! #finals #rmconfessions
