Huh!? I just saw post like this that people only focused on the "voted only" part? Ehhh~ JL said something else before that. JL thanked everyone who worked hard, and then Juwon brought up the voting, which JL followed up on.
If you look at the full context of the conversation, JL was thanking all FOHAs who worked hard, and that includes every kind of contribution, not just voting. They emphasized the voting tho, because we can't deny that the voting period was intense and heartbreaking for the fans, and they knew it.
Stop painting him as a bad person just because you weren't able to hear what you wanted to hear. And for goodness sake, stop using him into your fanwars. As I said, JL is very appreciative of his fans, especially those who are genuine, well-mannered, and RESPECTFUL.
I asked @FOHAbangbuhay for translation cause she's more knowledgeable in Korean, for clarification.

Since we're only 8 days away from the concert, here's a friendly reminder about basic fan support etiquette:
• If you don't like the freebies or fan support you receive, please don't throw them away or try to re-trade them for a "better" set. If they aren't to your liking, simply pass them on to someone who will appreciate them.
• Do not sell them. Not individually, not as a set, not in bulk.
Please remember that these fan support items were given to you for free. Every freebie was funded out of the creator's own pocket and made with their time and effort—all with the goal of making everyone's concert experience a little more memorable.
This isn't being said for no reason. During the previous fancon, there were fans who were seen throwing freebies into the trash, while others listed them for sale here and on the blue app shortly after the event. It's disappointing to see the effort and kindness of fan support makers treated that way.
Let's do better this time. Respect the time, money, and heart that go into these projects. If you don't want a freebie, that's completely okay—but please don't disrespect the people who made them.
Let's all help make next week's concert a fun and memorable experience for everyone. 🤍✨
