I think that some modernised ОГАС should be implemented nowadays, as it can help efffectively plan the relocation/distribution of the resources & products. Also, it can effectively plan economy according to supply & demand. Same as infrastructure & it can help curb corruption.

Myslím si, že sovětský projekt ОГАС V. M. Gluškova mohl ze seshora plánované ekonomiky vytvořit skutečně efektivní plánování relokací surovin a zboží, včetně plánů ekonomických i infrastrukturních. A to podle reálné nabídky a poptávky. Stejně tak odhalení korupce a neefektivity.

His answer. The West split the Serbs into several states. He met Milorad Dodik days ago — the Serb leader in Bosnia. He says the 1995 Dayton peace deal for Bosnia is no longer being kept, while other deals are forced on Serbs. Injustice, he said, breeds conflict.

Many live in Kosovo, which broke away in 2008 and which Belgrade still claims. Smaller communities remain in Croatia and Montenegro. That is the split left by the Yugoslav wars.
He also praised Belgrade for refusing sanctions on Russia, and said he hopes Aleksandar Vučić becomes prime minister.
Sarajevo, Pristina and Zagreb do not call those borders an injustice. They call them the end of a war.
