Has anyone else had any major problems setting up a seller account with @Etsy? I've just paid my setup fee, then before I'd even created my first listing, they suspended my account, took my money anyway and refused my appeal, all while refusing to give me any reason for it!

For goodness sake, I'm not a crook, I'm a disabled mum trying to make ends meet by selling some of my artwork to customers who are already requesting it, without having to always be there in person at craft fayres. Why is it so difficult?!

According to Google, it's likely to be because I use a VPN, which they don't like. Would've happily taken it down if I'd had any idea! No clue how to resolve this. And no, bots, I'm not giving my details to randomers. Anyone suggesting it will be blocked.
