When you take the cover off to find this!
I should have known when I saw BG.
Think someone had RCD tripping issues with 1 common RCD for all circuits π€... moving the kitchen socket circuit and pulling out the CPC's was their solution! π±
The more you look the worse it gets! π³
@vitaelectrical Nice one... cheers Daren.
Neon on an unswitched spur is a good idea and if fed from a local circuit a power loss is more likely to be picked up. ππΌ
What height did you mount them at to ensure they're accessible? Seems to be conflicting info online (as always).
Advice fellow sparks. ππΌ
Been asked to install a public accessible AED on a village hall.
Worked out the supply needed is just for a frost heater and a light.
Anything I need to consider when installing these? Dedicated circuit? Height? Anything to indicate power loss?
Massive traction being gained on this Holy petition now.
It's nearly 25% of the way there.
But that's not good enough to get it debated in Parliament.

@1stChoiceElect1 Yep, agreed... I'm more surprised they've never had any over current tripping; DW, WM, TD, FF and loads of counter top appliances... and then a 5.9kW oven. π
Just complete luck.
Cowboys keeping me in business as always π€ ...
...New circuit going in for a 5.9kW oven I found on an EICR to be fed from a 20A switch on the kitchen ring final.
Just been made redundant at work. Iβm a york based qualified commercial Electrician with my 2391 Testing & Inspection as well SSSTS qualifications. Any RTs are appreciated
