I've observed a stark difference on how male Chartered Accountants behave compared to their female counterparts. A woman will put that title in everything. Even in a non-finance related YouTube channel. Gents, you just casually find out through conversation over beers
Pep Guardiola: “I’m glad I failed. I love people who fail. In this society where everything has to be perfect, where you have to post your food on Instagram… ‘Oh, look how great, how happy I am.’ Every day we’re expected to prove we’re happy.
Of course I’m sad; I fail, I lose. And? Tell me one person who doesn’t. What matters is doing it, giving it your all, and doing it right. And on that, I haven’t given up. Things went badly, the results were worse than I hoped, but eh… there’s always a next day; I’m going to try again. And this coming year, I’ll do better. That’s what it’s all about.
We want to pretend we’re happy every f*cking day. And that’s the big mistake. I’d rather tell people: ‘You’re sad? That’s okay. You’re disappointed? That’s okay too, it’ll pass.’ Just like happiness, it’ll pass. We lost, we’re f*cked. Being f*cked is okay. You have to live with that.”
Drake responds to Kendrick Lamar, Future, Metro Boomin, Rick Ross, Nav, and everyone else who’s turned against him:
“They rather go to war with me than admit they are their own worst enemy”
If you don’t voluntarily tell me your business, I won’t ask.
It doesn’t mean I don’t care about you, I avoid nosiness in case you aren’t comfortable talking about it.
I'm kind of an absent friend like i will love you with my whole heart and go out of my way to give you any help you need but I tend to live in my own world and suck at keeping up communication and I'm really sorry to anyone who takes that personally.
