They started their monopoly, it's time to Boycott indigo.
Its been more than a week, and there is no proper resolution from their end.

On 8th January I had flight from Delhi to Lucknow,
@IndiGo6E 6E2244. While collecting luggage it was found my bag was completely damaged.
On reporting same at #LucknowAirport, staff asked they can arrange 2k voucher which I didn’t agreed upon as i needed same bag or voucher

Later I received mail, highlighting they can’t provide 5250 and that confirmation mail was sent erroneous.
@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia Kindly help with resolution. My bag costed more than 5k, either provide voucher worth 5k or same bag.

On mailing @IndiGo6E, they offered voucher of 3k which I didn’t agreed with as bag costed more than 5k.
with further discussion they agreed to provide voucher of 5250 which i agreed upon
