Rogue NCPB Manager Exposed for Replacing Casual Workers with Family Members The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) is under fire following allegations related to the actions of a manager based at one of its regional depots. This manager, who worked at the Donholm Silo Depot for over five years, has reportedly been engaging in actions that have left employees feeling mistreated and exploited. Sources claim the manager, who was recently reassigned, took advantage of their position by replacing non-permanent workers with family members.
