@jordandetar .@SharecareInc Most autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis are difficult to treat. What is good, is that the treatments seem to be getting better as we learn more about it and what has the greatest effect when it comes to controlling the disease.
@scottschapps1 .@SharecareInc#PsoriasisChat A diet that is rich in whole foods with lots of veggies and lean protein such as salmon and other fish is ideal for those with psoriasis. Basically, an anti-inflammatory diet and the avoidance of alcohol is best.
