@vintedUK really disappointed. Alerted you that an item I bought was not the size advertised. The seller offered me a refund but told me I needed to contact you.
I did and you failed to respond in time and now you’re saying you cannot compensate.
@bt_uk Thanks for your reply! I realise this is a problem for other customers… I have returned a hub & thankfully have a receipt for postage 🙏🏻 it’s just annoying that there are repeat warnings about being charged £50 I’m not chasing BT -I’ve done my bit.

Only option is a 10 minutes wait time online. I’ve fulfilled my part of the agreement. Can you please upgrade your service! Defunct item returned!
@CarmsCouncil Will do! Unfortunately this is happening quite often. The main bin from the park has been removed — which is *ridiculous* — so responsible people with dogs there go to that bin, which is often overflowing 😬
@CarmsCouncil please can you come and empty the bins… Several dog walkers have complained to me about this today! You have removed the bins from the nearby park!
