Waiting for EDO fix, decided to head back to Jameson. After first jump I had a gut feeling so checked my cargo hold and found a nice surprise. Luckily only encountered 1 pirate in my scramble to find a market. Also had 124 weeks of unclaimed PP salary.

Did console transfer but can't get Epic EDO (right screen) to "Start" - Orange Sidewinder. Horizons works fine "Continue". PC Cmdr on Steam EDO (left screen) works fine "Continue". Interwebs is quiet on this, but Issue Tracker is booming. @EliteDangerous @Frontier_Help

@CMDRKronenBrg @67MistakeNot @EliteDangerous Hey, thanks for this! Yeah drivers can be annoying. Yesterday SAM suddenly became unavailable after driver update despite everything enabled in BIOS. Fixed it by forcing a PCI driver rollback, disabling 4G+ReBar in BIOS, booting Windows, then enabling 4G+ReBar. What a pain.

@CanonnResearch @EliteDangerous You also get a CTD if you stand in a refueling beam on foot. My current running theory is this type of CTD is the game is trying to prevent real commander death (ie: savegame delete). Probably not why, but still fun theorize.

@Danger_Mouse_07 It works fine... now. Wasn't the case this time last year. Horizons gets hundreds of FPS on 5yr old mid-end hardware, EDO was getting 20-40 FPS on current-gen top-end hardware. The problems went far beyond optimization. EDO is not the game it launched as (look at CP2077 now).

@CHomborger MorphVox Pro is pretty good but $$. It's not perfect and doesn't give the full range of an actual person. A bit of voice acting does go a long way though. Voicemod isn't nearly as good for M-F, but is way easier to use - I have a good Space Marine preset that is a riot.

Haven't played since 1.3, so I spent 8 hours reinstalling mods after file purge to get V back to her previous self. Enjoying the simultaneous rainstorm outside and in NC.
