David McGaffin is gearing up to begin an insane (and then some!) Mayday campaign in aid of Portrush RNLI.
1st May ... he will run 1 mile
2nd May ... 2 miles
3rd May ... 3 miles

This is Dougie. Heโs been missing for the last 13 days in Drumcondra. A white cat with black and brown markings. He is microchipped. His human @HelenORahilly would like him to stop his tomfoolery and come home. So if you spot him let her know x
Over my many years of running there are so many athletes I've felt privileged to have stood on the start line with. These are the results from one of those times, way back in the day as they say, won by the legend that was Jerry Kiernan and I managed to take the woman's race.
When this dreadful time is over the last thing I want to do is jump on a plane, I want to jump on my bike (perhaps with some pedal assist) and go around our beautiful coast just one more time. I hope all the wonderful people I've met on the way are safe in body and mind.
Out on my bike today supporting my lifelong best friend Ann Marie as she does the half-marathon on #KBCVirtualDublinMarathon weekend ๐โโ๏ธ๐ด๐ผโโ๏ธ
