The developer whose past projects include Sugar Land Town Square has bought 120 acres in Pearland, and its plans go well beyond another shopping center.

@DodgersBloo Houston taxpayers funded the construction of Astros stadium. We shouldn't be locked out now. Loyal senior fans on fixed income abandoned. Millionaire ballplayers should stand up for their fans. Senator Lee @SenMikeLee asked DOJ to investigate sports TV streaming
@BCB_Sara@MLB Houston taxpayers funded the construction of the Astros stadium. Seniors fans who joined Astros Buddies in 1965 can't afford to subscribe to Peacock. Invalids who watched 162 games are now locked out. Greed is a sin. Millionaire players should stand up for their fans.

@Samtheman_1982@peacock Senior citizen fans who joined the Astros Buddies club in 1965 can't afford Peacock. The taxpayers of Houston paid to build that stadium and we shouldn't be blacked out on TV. Meanwhile Mr Crane buys a $28M mansion in River Oaks and tears it down so he can build a bigger one.
@MicrophoneMilo Espada should have picked a regular starting pitcher today. Pitching by committee is dumb. Once again fear of fatigue is Espada's greatest flaw. The great Nolan Ryan pitched 222 complete games. In the entire Espada regime only 2 complete games have been pitched.
@GregRajan Also US Senator Mike Lee who has been looking into this. @SenMikeLee Lee called on the Department of Justice and the FTC to reexamine the antitrust exemptions granted to pro sports leagues under the Sports Broadcasting Act of 1961. Chronicle should cover.
Astro fans who can't afford Peacock TV are out of luck today. Even taxpayers who financed the Astros stadium; Seniors who joined Astros Buddies in 1965. Disabled folks who saw 162 games from sick beds. This is wrong. All games should be on regular TV. Stand up for the people. Millionaire players, please help. @McClain_on_NFL@JeremyBranham@SenMikeLee
