We had a great day yesterday visiting @CardiffWestCHS! Year 7s learned about various Medieval groups (Knights, Monks and Peasants). Year 8s became detectives (historians) and investigated the life of a family in 19th/20th century South Wales. Thank you for having us!

OTD, 80 years ago, the #WarsawGhettoUprising began.
27 days after the initial attack, on 16 May 1943, the uprising was crushed by the Nazis, the ghetto was destroyed, its remaining Jewish inhabitants deported to their deaths.
