We do not have a dedicated postal carrier for our address, so that means that we get substitute carriers daily who must deliver our mail at the end of their regular shifts.

This is totally unacceptable behavior and amounts to tampering with the mail, which is a crime. I have complained to the local postmaster multiple times, only to have this behavior get worse and worse in obvious retaliation for being disciplined.
