@rblbank No the bank official has not attended to the query and has not provided satisfactory explanation as to why the reward points has not been credited as per the terms and conditions and within the same stipulated time.

@rblbank My query was - Reward Points should have been credited in the Statement generated after the spend. It has not been credited. Why RBL is not abiding by it’s terms and conditions and withholding reward points - it is not answered @rskumar1512

@rblbank RBL Customer care again contacted me to give the same information and have not provided a satisfactory explanation as to why they have not credited reward points on time. Reward Points did no get credited after statement generation
@rblbank Hello the customer called me and said reward points are creditted only after 45 days. Where as per the terms and conditions the accelerated reward points should be creditted after statement has been generated

@rblbank Hi your representative have been calling me and not providing me a fair explanation. You are clearly in violation of the cardholder terms and conditions. The reward points are not creditted for the spends even after statement generated.
