I think its unlikely people can just pop into it without considering the future of their investment. Its clear we've had very different experiences with landlords 😅

@Laughingpug2 @MensHumor Not sure i agree with that. A landlord wouldn't ignore a problem that will cost more money later. Its so much easier to fix a problem early then have to renovate a whole kitchen because of a leak that could be fixed for probably 20 bucks.

@Laughingpug2 @MensHumor Youre assuming the tenant told the landlord about the problem. Tenants will sometimes ignore problems because it's not their property. This results in costly repairs because of tenant laziness. I think 82 dollars for the light bulbs is the bigger issue.
