The Strait of Hormuz crisis squeezes India's bottled water, internet, fuel sectors.
India's $5 billion packaged water market faces surging costs as PET polymer prices rose around 12%, with nearly 2,000 smaller manufacturers already hiking reseller prices.
About one-third of India's westward internet traffic passes through submarine cables near the strait, and new subsea projects by Reliance Jio and Google face heightened risk.
Indian Oil, BPCL and HPCL raised household LPG cylinder prices by 7% in early March amid the crisis.
**Daily Life Products with Halted Exports Due to Gulf War**
The Strait of Hormuz blockade and Gulf conflict disruptions have stopped or severely delayed India's exports of several everyday consumer goods to Gulf nations, leading to domestic surpluses or shortages in some cases.
- Eggs: Daily exports of ~1 crore eggs to UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain halted, causing Indian prices to crash.
- Basmati rice: 200,000 tons stuck in transit/ports; 40% of shipments threatened.
- Spices: High Gulf exposure (40-55%); shipments stalled due to shipping disruptions.
- Fruits (e.g., capsicum): 66% of exports to region halted.
- Meat (boneless bovine): 71% exports to Gulf stopped.
- Tea: Major export to Iran and Gulf stalled; deemed unviable.
- Cashew nuts: 40-55% Gulf-dependent exports disrupted.
- Dairy fats and sauces: Significant regional shipments halted.
These primarily affect outbound Indian exports, flooding local markets for perishables like eggs while raising import risks for energy-dependent goods like cooking gas.
Kanglus are leechads of highest order, even more than pakistanis, they deserve to be in the state they are in. they don't belong in sports. they should stick to making joot bags.

Arsenal's Dominant Form: Mikel Arteta's side is currently on an 11-game unbeaten run in all competitions. They have been remarkably consistent in Europe this season, having never trailed at any point in the competition.
Leverkusen's Home Strength: Despite being underdogs, Leverkusen has only lost two of their last 19 home European matches. They previously secured a notable 2-0 victory over Manchester City earlier this season.
Tactical Outlook: Arsenal is expected to deploy a 4-2-3-1 formation, focusing on midfield control through Declan Rice and Martín Zubimendi. Leverkusen, managed by Kasper Hjulmand, likely will use a 3-4-2-1 system, relying on the creative delivery of Alejandro Grimaldo from the left.

Arsenal enters the first leg of this UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie as heavy favourites at the BayArena. The Gunners completed a flawless league phase with eight wins from eight matches, while Bayer Leverkusen had to navigate a playoff round against Olympiacos to reach this stage.

Indians love to worship so called white supremacist "Mentality". They have seen their favorite legends choke and lose horribly against Australia, England in finals in the past. So they can't digest the current crop of players winning it so dominantly. For them India had advantage in Guyana and Barbados, Dubai and now at home. When India wins it's somehow always about that narrative. When India loses cricket gets saved.
Additionally, It's Indians spreading and amplifying such narratives more than anyone else.
Indians deserve no trophies.
When India won Asia Cup on slow pitches with 145-150 score, they used their “power and influence” to get things in their favour.
Now, India is scoring 250+ on batting pitches, they have again used their “power and influence” at home to their advantage.
Conclusion: No matter what India achieves, haters will always credit it to “power and influence”

It’s shocking to see the kind of hatred @surya_14kumar is getting these days from a section of Indian cricket fans. They don’t like the fact that he keeps smiling. They also don’t like the fact that he’s super confident in press conferences.
When questions are asked about poor form, lack of runs and performance on the field - it makes a lot of sense. And I strongly believe that such questions should be asked by the media and fans. But character assassination only because he has own style of saying this is intolerance of the highest order in my opinion.
Every player in India’s T20I squad feels secure under Surya’s leadership. He backs his boys to the core but random fan-clubs on social media don’t have the brain to understand the equation he has with each and every player.
When India will take the field for the final tonight, my loudest cheer will be for Surya. I really hope he scores big runs and lifts the trophy.
Indians like losing so much man. They have grown watching their team bullied in finals so many times that when their team does well they can't accept.
Pitches are only competitive when India crumbles under 140 or 240. Otherwise it's a mockery of cricket.
We will rejoice at Indian batters making a mockery of New Zealand bowling forgetting the fact that providing a wicket so perfect for hitting the ICC is making a mockery of the sport itself.
