@SofiaRose2028 good luck and safe travels 💪

[SofiaRose Alvarez 2028 @SofiaRose2028]

Wrapped up 2 great days and 6+ hours of 1x1 hitting and defensive work with my Unity/R.O.I. 16u Head Coach Brad Kessler @roimidwest @ROIFASTPITCH in Kansas City! Focused on generating more power from the ground up, driving through the ball, and continuing to sharpen my defense. Thank you, Coach, for pushing me to get better! Now off to Boston for @HarvardSB Prospect Camp tomorrow and Boston College @BC_Softball on Monday! Back home to Texas Monday night, ready to keep working! 💪🥎 #AGTG @AshVanBoxmeer4 @VAUnitySB @UnityCoachJosh @MVP_512 @thealliancefp @ondecksoftball @remeny17perez @SarahMorales_15 @PfISDAthletics @tagupsoftball @TXprepsoftball @lonestarprepsTX @extrainningSB @LegacyLegendsS1 @THEWOWSB @ScoutSoftball @LineDsoftball @prepsoftball @remeny17perez @TrueRecruitsSB @coachjennyrohn @amelia_varelaa @CoachKrysiak @mel_savala05

Got to go out to Missouri for a week and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be apart of the R.O.I. team/family. Being able to put in a lot of work with Coach Brad and teammates while also making memories and having lots of laughs. Can’t wait for the next time and looking forward to hitting the field at our first tournament: Team NJ Indy Fall Showcase in Greenwood, IN.

Thank you @SangilloJohn
Same mission—develop athletes and create opportunities.

[John Sangillo @SangilloJohn]

I was first flown out to Lincoln, Nebraska by Jason Cline of the Nebraska Firecrackers back in 2020 (I don't remember the exact year). Then in 2021, Jason flew me back out again, but this time he told me we were making a trip over to Buckner, Missouri to meet Brad Kessler at @ROIFASTPITCH and spend time working inside his facility.

On the drive over, Jason couldn't stop talking about Brad, his daughter @GabriyellaK and how special both of them were.

Gabs was only around 9 years old at the time.
Being a retired police officer, I've learned to read people pretty quickly. It didn't take long for me to realize this man and his daughter were different.

The way Brad sees the game and teaches it from infield, catching, pitching, and hitting is unlike anything I'd ever experienced. His entire approach is built around developing better movers and better athletes, not just teaching drills.

Over the last five years, Brad has become a very close friend, and I've learned an incredible amount from him, especially on the movement side of athletic development. He's one of the brightest baseball and softball minds I've ever been around.

@UnityCoachJosh Softball has already established itself as one of the premier travel organizations in the country because they truly value long-term player development. Bringing Brad Kessler and R.O.I. Fastpitch into the Unity family is a perfect fit. They're not just adding another coach they're adding one of the best developers of athletes I've ever had the privilege to work alongside.

Congratulations to Brad, R.O.I. Fastpitch, and everyone at Unity Softball. This is a tremendous partnership, and I have no doubt it will positively impact countless athletes for years to come.
