The other day, when I said I wouldn't cry more than the bereaved, some people misunderstood my position. Now that the bandits who kidnapped the Ogbomoso children have listed their demands, and one of those demands is the implementation of Sharia law, my concerns have only deepened.
Let me be clear: I have no hatred toward any religion. People are free to practice their faith as they choose. However, when religious beliefs are mixed with extremist views, our values will never align.

Hold your elected officials accountable and vote them out if they don't deliver.

Education is better than money, when they say this people argue; But look at how many people defend bad governance and leadership in this country out of 'gnorance.
Adeboye, Oyedepo, Chris Oyakhilome, David Ibiyeomie, just to name a few, have all organized prayers over the issue of insecurity, not once, not twice. Some even want as far as giving declarations.
But the more they pray the more things are w@rsening; Isn't that concerning?
VeryDarkMan has urged Nigerian youths to see the 2027 election as a crucial test of accountability.
He said that if voters can remove President Bola Tinubu from office through the ballot box, it would show that any leader who fails to listen to the people or deliver good governance can also be voted out.
He also dismissed the belief that votes do not count, arguing that politicians would not spend huge sums on campaigns, influencers and voter mobilisation if elections were unimportant.
Atiku says, "Under APC government, over 20 million children are out of school. This cannot be tolerated in the modern world." And he is very correct, 100%. This shouldn't be tolerated.
But, wasn't the same Atiku silent over the lynching of a student as a result blasphemy. Deborah was a student, and he kept mute, when Nigerians were addressing the issue of religious bigotry. So what makes him different from the present govt that also stayed silent over the years?
Reeks of hypocr'sy.
