A man is arrested under Section 376(RAPE) of the IPC and spends three months in jail. He is then cleanly acquitted by the Trial Court, the Sessions Court, the High Court, and finally the Supreme Court.

That alone is enough to expose the pathetic state of India’s laws and judicial system.

Even after four clean acquittals, some idiots still argue that the case filed by the woman was not false. And despite writing lengthy judgments, Indian judges often fail to explicitly state that the rape case was false.

This kind of nonsense seems possible only in India.

Anyway, nearly 14 years of this man’s life were ruined by this judicial system. And yet, we are still told that the Indian Constitution is the most beautiful constitution in the world and that the Indian judiciary is #WorldClassJudiciary.
