Dear Harvey, your light will shine on forever 💔 today you should have turned 10, but your life was cut cruelly short.
The fight for #JusticeForHarvey very much continues. We recently received the autopsy report to find cause of death, and an inquest in to the circumstances and the abundance of failures is coming. We will share it all when we can as we strongly feel it needs to be on the public record. The cause of death has only added to our anger and our need for justice and accountability has never been stronger.
I am confident that Harvey’s light will guide us every step of the way.

Roxanne’s CHI surgeon said he wouldn’t list her for surgery. Her curve on her spine was measured at 80 degrees. He made that decision and dismissed any second opinion. A public inquiry hold those accountable for wrong decisions.

Gardai look into fund abuse' by Children's Health Ireland consultant

The inquiry was triggered after the HSE referred to gardai a copy of an internal 2021 report, which found the consultant was paid €35,800 to run weekend clinics, funded by the National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) in breach of guidelines.

The investigation adds to pressure on Lucy Nugent, the CHI's chief executive, the as health minister expressed confidence in her.

The National Economic Crime Bureau is now investigating possible offences involving the collection of NTPF fees relating to about 180 cases. The development raises serious questions for Lucy Nugent, the embattled chief executive of the CHI, who did not refer the report to gardai when she became aware of it.

The HSE passed the report to officers in June after learning of its existence following the publi­cation of its findings in The Sunday Times.

The unpublished report outlined a litany of alleged wrongdoings, malpractice, cover-ups and disregard for the treatment of ill children. It also documented how surgical trainees were allegedly subjected to humiliation and children subjected to intolerable risks because of mismanaged services.

The HSE complaint said it believed the report had uncovered the potential misappropriation of public funds.

Children’s Health Ireland wrote him off as, "Not Fit For a Sneeze" One of the biggest Health Scandals in the history of the State needs a Statutory Public Inquiry with the Parents & Advocates setting the terms of reference. Not the politicians who have consistently failed the children with spina-bifiida and scoliosis.

No other child should be failed by the country like Harvey was.
