WHERE DID THAT #15 COME FROM?? @Lynprovising CYCLES INTO THE LEAD AT ATLANTA, AHEAD OF @EliteKeselowski!?!?
@RORBLIN and the rest run a lot further back, maybe too far back to win this. The reason? It seems the #15 was the only car that didn't receive adjustments!
"If you want to win the race off pit road, that isn't gonna cut it."
Sting. But @RORBLIN is right. You can't make it all happen out on track. You have to execute entering pit road, stopping, and exiting too. The #98 runs 3rd ahead of a good bunch of cars.
White flag, one lap to go! @EliteKeselowski leads the way at Atlanta! @RORBLIN has been setting some very quick laps and is catching the two leaders, but the #98 is just too late. A couple more laps and the rookie would have been in the mix...
"If he wants to be champion someday, that isn't gonna cut it."
@cabanascar42 is more confident than ever. Some would label it as arrogance, & the line between the two isn't so clear. However, @RORBLIN has that very same confidence, and the self-belief he can beat even a 2x champ
@RORBLIN isn't gonna let him go without a fight though! He and @cabanascar42 previous battled up front at Miami and now here they are again!
Once again, the #48 gets the better of the #98! Hendrick retains their 1-2 lead.
Let's go Racing for Rescues in sunny Atlanta! Good vibes are all around this weekend. @cabanascar42 starts well and rookie @RORBLIN has the sense to move down into the bottom line as they get to turn 1.
