💠#Balod, Chhattisgarh's Jan Bhagidari model has given new momentum to #CatchTheRain movement

💠The district has created over 2.84 lakh water conservation structures under JSJB 2.0 through Jan Bhagidari

💠Among Balod's most notable achievements is the rejuvenation of Tawera Nala in Bhathagaon (R), Gundardehi block.

💠Through collective efforts under #CatchTheRain campaign and #JalSanchayJanBhagidari, the district revived a 14.3 km nala by constructing over 6,250 water conservation structures, including check dams, trenches, magic pits, soak pits, injection wells, rainwater harvesting systems and greywater treatment facilities.

Prime Minister @narendramodi arrived in Auckland, New Zealand, for the final leg of his three-nation tour, marking the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister to the country in nearly four decades.

He was warmly received at the airport by New Zealand Prime Minister @chrisluxonmp, underscoring the growing importance of the India–New Zealand partnership.

During the visit, Prime Minister Modi will hold wide-ranging talks with Prime Minister Christopher Luxon to review and strengthen bilateral relations.

The discussions are expected to cover trade and investment, commerce, defence and security cooperation, education, technology, agriculture, and people-to-people ties.

While addressing a community event of the Indian diaspora in Auckland, New Zealand, PM Narendra Modi said that hundred years ago, the Indian hockey team came to New Zealand to play, and Major Dhyan Chand's magnificent performance during that tour was appreciated by all. His hockey skills won the hearts of the people of New Zealand as well.

He said that in the language of content creators, this is an era of collaboration. New Zealand and India can achieve great things through collaboration in sports as well.

💠भारतीय रेलवे ने रायपुर में 250 थ्री-फेज इलेक्ट्रिक लोकोमोटिव के लिए अतिरिक्त होमिंग सुविधाएं विकसित करने हेतु ₹175 करोड़ की परियोजना को मंजूरी दी।

💠 यह परियोजना दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे (SECR) के रायपुर स्थित हाई हॉर्स पावर (HHP) डीजल शेड में विकसित की जाएगी।

💠नई सुविधाओं से इलेक्ट्रिक लोकोमोटिव के रखर���ाव, सुरक्षा जांच और मरम्मत की क्षमता बढ़ेगी।

💠 इससे बढ़ते इलेक्ट्रिक लोकोमोटिव बेड़े के बेहतर संचालन और भविष्य की जरूरतों के लिए बुनियादी ढांचा मजबूत होगा।
