Received a defective @StovekraftLtd. induction cooktop from @Flipkart on April 14 (Ordered: April 13). The '+' button has been broken since unboxing.
Flipkart rejected the return, and Stovekraft is forcing a "repair" on a BRAND NEW product. This is unacceptable and disappointing

As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019, I am entitled to a replacement for a defective unit, not a refurbished one on day one.
Replace this unit immediately or I will be forced to escalate this to the National Consumer Helpline and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum
