@RoySasaka, OGW, FIHRM, FCPIS, CEO of the @NGAAF_KE, delivered transformative remarks at the ongoing Climate Action Summit: Road to COP30. We deeply appreciate his leadership in empowering women, youth, persons with disabilities, children, and the elderly across Kenya.
Inclusive Climate Action: Kenya’s Road to COP30
Inclusive systems are not a side conversation — they are central to Kenya’s response to climate change.
As we continue on the Road to COP30, we reaffirm our commitment to ensure that climate leadership, innovation, and financing are accessible to all — especially to affirmative action groups: women, youth, persons with disabilities, and the elderly who remain both the most affected and the most capable agents of transformation.
This week, we convened the National Road to COP 30 Dialogue, hosted under the leadership of CS @DeboraBarasa , Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry who graced the occasion as our Chief Guest, together with H.E. Governor Wilber Ottichilo of Vihiga County.
At @NGAAF_KE , we are leading the development of a structured framework for affirmative action engagement in climate action — one that links local implementation with inclusive financing and ensures that affirmative action groups voices shape national outcomes.
Because true sustainability is built when every community becomes a co-author of climate solutions.

Nehemiah 2:18 "Then I said to them, Come let us build the house of God, and they strengthened their hands for good work."
This weekend, I had the profound honour of joining the ACK Marsabit community for a joyous service and church fundraiser for God's sanctuary. It was a privilege to stand alongside distinguished leaders: Hon Naomi Waqo - Marsabit Women Representative, Hon Harriet Chiggai - President's Advisor on Women Rights, and Hon. John Kiarie - MP Dagoretti South.
Through the collective spirit of generosity and faith, we raised over Ksh 4 Million towards the construction effort—demonstrating the power of unity and shared purpose. This new sanctuary is not just a building; it is a beacon of hope, faith, and community strength.
Let us continue to strengthen our hands for this good work, inspired by Nehemiah’s call to action and the enduring faith of the Marsabit community.

I joined the Launch of Kenya’s Third National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security (2025–2029) and the Commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of #UNSCR1325, under the theme “Women Lead, Peace Follows.”
This milestone event brought together partners, development agencies, civil society, and government institutions — all united by a shared vision to strengthen the inclusion of women in peace and security processes at every level.
I thank CS Hon @hannawcheptumo and PS @PsgAnneWangombe for their leadership in reaffirming that the #WPS agenda is not merely a pledge of promise but a commitment to practice. The launch of #KNAPIII provides a strategic blueprint for integrating women in peace and decision-making structures — not only at the grassroots but across national platforms.
@NGAAF_KE remains steadfast in our mandate to empower women, youth, and vulnerable groups, recognizing that an empowered woman builds a peaceful and resilient nation.

“Every Step Counts.”
Every prosthetic we fit is more than a medical intervention — it’s a moment of rebirth. It’s a mother walking to do her chores again, it’s a child going to school again on their own, playing in the field, a farmer returning to the field, a young dreamer daring to chase tomorrow and an elderly person feeling part of the community again.
At @NGAAF_KE , under the patronage of Hon.@MuthoniMarubu ,county MP Lamu,we see beyond the device — we see the dignity restored, the courage rekindled, and the hope reborn. Each fitted limb is a declaration that equality is not charity; it is justice in motion.
The wheels of Empowerment were evident the moment someone who once crawled can now stand tall — literally and figuratively. That first step is not just theirs; it’s ours as NGAAF and as a nation. Because when every Kenyan can rise, so too does our humanity.
This is the spirit of affirmative action in motion*— walking together toward a Kenya where no one is left behind.

Happy Mashujaa Day 🇰🇪
Today, we celebrate Kenya’s greatest Shujaa — #Baba@RailaOdinga, #Shujaa001 — whose lifelong struggle redefined what it means to be a hero. His vision was clear: a Kenya where every man, woman, and youth has the power to rise, lead, and build.
Through his unwavering fight for justice, equity, and inclusion of #AffirmativeAction he awakened the spirit of shujaaism — a call for each of us to champion fairness, empower the marginalized, and strengthen our shared humanity.
As we reflect on his legacy, may we continue to advance an inclusive Kenya where every voice counts and every dream matters.
