There is nothing to be learned from 8th graders taking a FOUR HOUR test to assess their reading & writing skills

that could not have been learned from them taking a one hour test.

That extra three hours only serves to demoralize and wear students down.

Today we start seven straight days of testing for our 8th grade students.

The students will never see most of this data. The parents will never see most of this data. The teachers will never see most of this data.

But just so long as we get the data, right?
