On November 26, 2023, at approximately 5:33 am, third shift patrol officers were dispatched to the 700 block South 14th Street in Richmond to a report of a shooting. Officers located Jaziah Scudiero, 20, of Richmond suffering from

apparent gunshot wounds. Richmond Fire Department personnel responded to the scene, however Mr. Scudiero succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A person wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt was seen fleeing the scene in a passenger vehicle.

On November 11, 2023, at approximately 11:01 pm, third shift patrol officers responded to the 900 block North C Street in Richmond to investigate a call of a shooting. The victim, Laquent Hogg, age 24, of Richmond was

transported by an acquaintance to Reid Health with a gunshot wound. The injury was not life threatening.

When officers arrived in the 900 block North C Street, they located several casings in the area and a white passenger car that had been struck by gunfire. Investigators were

On August 14, 2023, at approximately 6:46 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of Hunt Street in Richmond to investigate a call of a shooting. The initial information advised the shooting happened about

Information received at this time indicates the incident occurred during a domestic dispute. A dark van carrying several people and a subject on a moped left the area prior to officer’s arrival. Investigators arrived on scene to process the crime scene and interview witnesses.
