WATCH: PNP Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III says Manila's Rizal Memorial Coliseum is already setting up for his proposed charity boxing match against acting Davao City Mayor Baste Duterte.

And if Duterte doesn’t show up? The PNP chief says, “Nasa kanya na yon. Whether he shows up or not, may mga sponsors na nagsabing magdo-donate ng pang-ayuda sa ating mga kababayan na nasalanta ng bagyo at ng baha.”

The PNP chief and the Davao mayor have long traded punches, especially after the arrest and turnover of former President Rodrigo Duterte to the ICC. In an episode of his podcast last Sunday, the younger Duterte challenged Torre to a fistfight.
