My wife called local #Audi roadside assistance, their ETA….3 HOURS! And worse when they did arrive they didn’t even know how to move the #Q7 which was DEAD on the street. Audi you are such a disappointment. @AudiUKCare

What I wish is for some genuine #CustomerSupport from you! This is our second #Q7 with major issues! My wife is sitting in a dead #Audi Q7 and can’t even close the #window. This car is under warranty but you may as well scrap it. @MercedesBenz
