Andy Reid on Justin Tucker joining the practice squad: "He's done his suspension. ... I'll leave it at that. ... We try to do our homework the best way we can. Make sure things are OK."
New NFL Stat of the Week on @FanSided: The @Seahawks could have traded for a running back to help their ground game. Instead, they made the right call by enlisting Quenton Nelson to turn everything around. Here's why it was the best possible decision. https://t.co/m2LOJLKsHT
@emceereach Same. I said this on the pod but I think if there is some good to take from a performance like that, it is that it clarified some things. They can't fix them all but know a lot more about their weaknesses now than they did a week ago.
@priceacarter They’re allowed to trade up to get a player they believe in. They moved up for Delane. They moved up for Mahomes. They could have drafted Boston, who looks really promising.
@priceacarter For five weeks, teams tried to stop Walker and couldn't. Credit to Seattle; they did it, but most teams don't have the horses the Seahawks have, which is why, you know, they won the Super Bowl.
On the podcast this week, I asked @HomestretchKC and @MattConnerAA what would happen if a team stopped the Chiefs' running game. Would they have the pass catchers to counter?
This first half appears to have answered that question.
