We've developed a novel and intuitive framework for efficiently dissecting arbitrary white matter tracts. This is done by interactively annotating meaningful fibres proposed by a classifier that is trained to predict the target tract based on the annotations 🤖

Our framework is applicable in all cases where fully automated methods tend to fail, such as subjects with anatomical deviations like tumor data.

In our work from @mic_dkfz, we investigate a number of transformer-based neural nets for segmentation of medical images. We observe Transformers often augmenting the rest-of-the-net instead of being drivers of performance. @GregorKoe will be in #MedNeurIPS 2022 presenting!🚀
