@TheFlowHorse 100% no on bb bench. Not that itβs βbad,β but can get everything from bench through other exercises with less strain on shoulders and elbows from being locked into position. Bench, for most, is a vanity metric, unless youβre an athlete/competitor that needs it

@TheFlowHorse Love the last sentence. Spent 5+ years trying to get the hang of trading to no end. One day I broke, prayed and asked God to show me if it was possible and if so, Iβd always give the glory to Him. Within the next 2 weeks everything started coming together. So, glory to Him ππΌ
@steve_hanke It can do all of those things by borrowing against bitcoin as an asset. As mass adoption continues and it becomes recognized as an asset, you borrow against it to fund projects, businesses, investment, etc. no different than owning a house and borrowing against the equity in that
@KrissBergTweets 100% agree you can build muscle lifting lighter weights. The key is proximity to failure. If you lower the weight and still stop at 10 reps when you have another 10 in the tank, it wonβt do much for you. You have to give your muscles a reason to adapt, regardless of weight
