@SwiggyCares My order was from @PunjabGrill and they were trying to arrange a third-party delivery which goes against your guidelines. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. It could have been a potential safety issue. This is pretty serious

My Order ID #237969298515712 was placed around half an hour ago. The restaurant called to inform me they do not have all the ingredients to complete my order and asked me to cancel my order, the customer support agent is unable to resolve the issue for the last 15 mins.
