@Ernesto_LopezJr@ThePPIs Interesting question, and no they generally did not! There seemed to be a greater focus in these interviews on social/structural reasons than legal for colorblind policy and practice.

Lead by example by describing how you use data to find solutions. Be persistent in messaging about the importance of checking trends monthly. Stay engaged with communities
