The former employee of Wipro #Pune alleges that a colleague, Shahina Rafique, pressured her to convert to Eslam and establish an inappropriate relationship with a senior company official. She further claims that when she raised concerns, she was threatened by HR Manager Zeeshan Ahmed and ultimately forced to resign.

A complaint has reportedly been filed with the Hinjawadi Police, and a legal notice has been served on the company.
