Rwanda is now the Official coffee provider for Aston Villa, interesting right?
Well, we have billions of taxer payers' money going down the drain to establishments like coffee park.
Not forgetting the old ministers getting appointed yet they can barely think out of the box.
It was wrong to start the trip b4 arriving and that should have been reason enough for cancellation on your end. About extra pay, you've got to feel for these drivers. Safeboda charges 25-30% commission off the fare. So factor in fuel prices and see if these drivers really work.
Hey @SafeBoda,
I'd like to report a very unprofessional experience with a SafeCar driver - Jamaaldiin.
He first asked me to pay extra after I informed him over the phone that I had luggage. Then, he started the trip before even arriving to pick me up. When he eventually arrived, he said he couldn't help me load my luggage into the boot.
At that point, I decided to cancel the trip and requested that he end it so I could book another ride. However, he refused to cancel for about five minutes, leaving me stranded because I couldn't request another trip while the previous one was still active.
This was a very frustrating. I hope SafeBoda looks into this matter and reminds drivers to maintain professionalism and treat customers with respect.
@Mr_Muhwezi@Akeda4@M_Kananura Couldn't agree more, those drivers are either over confident or don't actually care a damn thing about the lives they are carrying. Why would a bus hit 140km/hr at night on those rugged roads surely?
@Akeda4@M_Kananura I have come to terms that the crashes on Masaka road aren't accidental. Was on a Tausi coach on Sunday and my goodness, have never prayed so hard to reach my destination and get the hell off that bus. At some point this guy hit a max of 126km/hr on a tricky section of the road.
@CultonScovia Crazy for you to talk about her identity and English which is a foreign language obviously in the same sentence.
Your argument would be valid if it all you can prove she doesn't speak her mother language.
Why are y'all making a fuss over some little girls accent?
@Faizafabz There's absolutely nothing wrong with her accent. She articulates her words so clearly and drives her message home.
So all the negativity in the comments is so uncalled for and for most of you, it's because you can't address people like she she did without trembling.
Being “classy” originally referred to the behavior typical of upper social strata (“Patricians”), and evolved into a rigid set of aristocratic norms emphasizing discretion, understated elegance, institutional reverence, absolute composure — All of which Among sorely lacks.
