Congrats to Lady Raiders freshman Christen Chaston who achieved a new personal best at the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships in Tallahassee, FL on Sat. Christen's time of 22:56.4 in the 5K race was 52-seconds (16.6 seconds/mile) better than her previous best. #GoRaiders

Earlier tonight, @RSCCXC attended the NJCAA Athlete's Banquet at Florid St. University. Some 948 student athletes are participating. Lady Raiders run tomorrow morning at 8:30, the men go at 10. #GoRaiders

Last Sunday, the Lady Raiders' Ivy Tilson ran her (and the college's) 1st half marathon. On Friday, she made the Region VII all conference cross country team. Yesterday, she ran a 10k just for fun. Wonder what she's doing today? #GoRaiders.
