Receiving this year's @RoySocChemLocal Section Student Prize is Marcus Shanley (@BathChem) for his work undertaken on placement at @ASTRAZENECAUK & his performance throughout the year. He was also presented w. a £150 prize & £50 book token from the Local Section. Congratulations!
Well done to Michael Girling @uniofglos, who was awarded the @RoySocChem Bristol & District Annual Student Prize (2021) for his dissertation "The antimicrobial properties of Honeybee propolis." Our Uni Liaison Officer Dr Colin Chapman presented him w.a £150 prize & £50 book token
